Mohammad Anowarul Islam

Mohammad Anowarul Islam has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Deputy Manager HR and Admin at SM Group of Companies since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mohammad worked at Palmal Group of Industries Ltd. for over eight years, advancing from Executive to Asst. Manager in Factory HR Operations, with responsibilities including workforce planning, performance management, and recruitment. Earlier experience includes a position as Jr. Executive in HR at DBL Group, focusing on recruitment for workers and staff. Mohammad holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Stamford University Bangladesh and a BA (Hon.) in English Language and Literature from National University, along with a Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from Dinajpur Government College and a Secondary School Certificate in Science from Dinajpur Zilla School.
