Teoman Buyan

Teoman Buyan serves as the Global Chief Information and Transformation Officer at SM Jaleel & Company Ltd since 2022, leading the transformation of corporate functions and aligning technology with business strategies. Previously, Teoman held key roles at The Coca-Cola Company from 2012 to 2021, including VP of Global IT Operations and Services, where strategic initiatives optimized technology operations, and CIO of the Eurasia and Africa Group, focusing on IT resource restructuring and revenue enhancement. Teoman's extensive experience also includes positions at Microsoft, Vestel, Sony Electronics, and Caterpillar Inc., demonstrating a solid background in IT and operational leadership. Teoman holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has pursued doctoral studies in Business Administration at the same institution, complemented by an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Online.
