Lesther Joanne Concepcion

Lesther Joanne Concepcion is the Head of Finance Department at SM Prime Holdings, Inc. since August 2009, directly reporting to the CFO. In previous roles, Lesther successfully automated the consolidation process and served as the SAP Business Planning and Consolidation Champion, improving reporting efficiency. Lesther played a crucial role in the company’s transformation from a mall operator to the parent and consolidator of SM Property Group and managed financial reporting for the Philippine mall subsidiaries. Prior to joining SM Prime, Lesther was a Senior Associate at SGV & Co., part of EY Global, within the Assurance and Advisory Business Services. Lesther holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, obtained in 2005.
