Miguel Ibana

Miguel Ibana currently serves as a Product Owner and Technical Business Analysis Manager at SM Supermalls, overseeing the Omnichannel Platforms for SM Online and managing two scrum teams comprising Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Master, and Quality Analysts since May 2022. Prior to this role, Miguel worked as a Business Analyst at Indra from March 2017 to April 2022, where involvement included the implementation and support of Maynilad Water Company’s Water Service Disconnection & Reconnection Project. Additional experience includes an internship at Fluor Corporation in 2015, recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation for contributions to IT CPS Activities, and an internship at Infobuilder Technologies, Inc. where process optimization for a Document Management System was performed. Miguel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Engineering with a Minor in Service Management from De La Salle University, completed in 2016, and graduated from De La Salle Zobel in 2011.
