Zane Simmons

Zane Simmons is a highly experienced Field Services Engineer currently employed at SMA America since March 2023. With a background in electrical services as an Apprentice Electrician at MARK STALLINGS ELECTRIC INC, Zane has also worked as a Wind Turbine Technician for RWE Energy Services NA and E.ON, where responsibilities included performing maintenance and troubleshooting on GE 1.5MW turbines and serving as a Safety Officer. Prior roles include Maintenance Technician II at Advanced Technology Services and Technical Field Advisor for Siemens Gamesa, as well as extensive experience in wind energy. Zane holds Associate's degrees in Applied Science Management and Business Management from Cisco College and Dallas College, respectively, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Western Governors University.
