Daniel Rosende Völker

Daniel Rosende Völker has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in Latin America. Currently serving as the Managing Director for both Latin America and South America at SMA Solar Technology AG since 2012, Daniel oversees sales, marketing, and service operations, focusing on inverter technologies in the solar photovoltaics market. Additionally, as a Council Member for GLG, Daniel provides consulting services within the energy sector in Chile and LATAM. Previous roles include Project Development Manager at Solairedirect Chile, Project Manager at POCH, and Project Coordinator at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, where Daniel specialized in renewable energy policy and market analysis in both the EU and Latin America. Daniel holds an MBA in International Management from Hochschule Pforzheim and a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
