Manuel Barbe

Manuel Barbe currently serves as the Head of Test and System Integration for Home & Business Solutions at SMA Solar since September 2023. Prior to this role, Manuel was the Head of Development for Home Solutions at the same company. Manuel's extensive experience includes serving as Head of DevOps at Viessmann Climate Solutions, where responsibilities included leading teams in Germany and across regions. Previous positions include IT Team Lead and IT Project Manager at Continental, focused on I4.0 projects and operations, as well as roles as Software Developer at Rheinmetall and SMA Solar Technology AG. Manuel began a career in software development at REA Elektronik, Inc. and holds a Diplom in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
