George Loose has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. George began their career in 1983 as a self-employed musician, specializing in keyboards, singing, audio engineering, and music directing. In 1994, they worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer in the banking industry, where they designed and coded applications for IBM's AS/400 computer and OS/400 operating system. George also conducted research projects and managed technical teams. From 1998 to 2004, George worked as a bass vocalist for the Dickens Carolers.

In 2002, George worked as a Contract Senior Programmer/Analyst in the healthcare industry, designing and implementing a patient inquiry system and a treatment-outcome analysis tool. George continued their work in healthcare as a Contract Programmer for Perez Software Service Inc and Fiserv - CBS Division, where they developed program enhancements for hospital management software and banking applications.

Moving forward in their career, George joined Innoprise Software, Inc. as a Senior Programmer/Analyst. In this role, they specialized in database conversions for county government databases and performed maintenance on government websites. George also experimented with implementing JBoss Java object broker within the IBM AS/400 PASE environment.

In 2005, George joined SMA Technologies as a Technical Product Manager specializing in workload automation on IBM i. George utilized their extensive experience in programming and project management, working with HL7 medical interface standards and serving various industries, including healthcare, banking, and government management applications.

Throughout their career, George has also pursued their passion for music. From 2012 to 2014, they directed an a cappella quartet called The Evergreen Carolers and performed as a bass vocalist. George also served as the Worship Director at Joy Lutheran Church from 2008 to 2018.
