Jason Gribble has over 20 years of work experience in various customer service and technical support roles. Jason most recently worked at SMA Technologies as a Technical Product Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at EnTouch Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support representative. Jason also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at Additech and as a CSR at Additech. Jason has also worked at Atlantic Service and Supply as a Warehouse and Parts Desk employee. In addition, Jason has experience in small business networking and website support at Advanced Pro Service and Supply. Jason began their career in customer support at Time Warner (Comcast) and later worked at Convergys as a Customer Service and Problem Resolution Representative II, where they also served as an in-team trainer.
Jason Gribble completed their education at Lonestar College from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Networking - Cisco. Prior to that, they attended NHMCCD from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued general education without obtaining a specific degree.
