Kayte Eckels has a diverse work experience in various customer success and management roles. Kayte is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at SMA Technologies since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success at boodleAI from 2020 to 2022. At boodleAI, Kayte was responsible for delivering predictive analytics applications and leveraging AI and machine learning to help organizations achieve better conversion, acquisition, and retention rates.

Before joining boodleAI, Kayte worked at ClearCompany Talent Management Software from 2015 to 2020. Kayte held multiple roles at ClearCompany, including Director of Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success, and Manager of Channel Customer Success | SMB Relationship Manager.

Kayte's earlier experience includes working at Starbucks from 2006 to 2015, where they held roles as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Shift Supervisor. Kayte was responsible for strategic operational planning, staffing, team building, and developing top talent. Additionally, they onboarded and trained new store managers and coached and developed individuals for leadership roles.

Kayte Eckels attended Northeastern University from 2010 until 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations.
