Karunakar Reddy Mardi

Karunakar Reddy Mardi is the Founder and Managing Director of Smaat India Private Limited, which was established in 1998 and became a Private Limited Company in 2006, specializing in advanced water and wastewater treatment and purification systems, as well as water harvesting and conservation technologies. Additionally, Karunakar serves as the Founder and Editor in Chief of Igniting Minds Organization since March 2011. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Relations Manager and Merchandising Executive at PepsiCo from 1994 to 1998, where Karunakar achieved a record regional sales growth of 368% in 1998. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, both from Osmania University.
