Leila Kousari-Rod has been a Business Development Manager at SMACT Works since 2022. SMACT Works is a technology-focused systems integrator and IT/ERP consulting firm that provides end-to-end consulting, managed, and implementation services for Oracle Cloud Applications, IaaS & PaaS, On-Premise PeopleSoft & EBS Applications. Prior to this, they were a Sales Associate, Sneakerologist at Finish Line from 2018.

Leila Kousari-Rod has a strong educational background. Leila graduated from Granville High School in 2018 with a High School Diploma. Leila then went on to attend The Ohio State University, where they earned an Associate's degree in Communication, General in 2020 and a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication, General in 2022.
