André Thiele

André Thiele is the co-founder and head of strategy at SMAFO. Prior to this, they worked at LBS Westdeutsche Landesbausparkasse / LBS Immobilien GmbH NordWest for 21 years, where they were responsible for leading up to 40 employees at 6 locations. André's focus was on intensifying business and promoting entrepreneurial goals in cooperation with local banks, which had approximately 30 branches.

André Thiele's educational career began with a focus on online marketing, which they studied at the Hamburg Media School. André then transitioned to studying sales and becoming a Vertriebscoach. Finally, they became a Kaufmann at the Ludwig-Erhard-Schule Kaufmännische Schule des Kreises Paderborn.
