The Technical Team at SMAFO ensures seamless e-bike mobility by developing and maintaining the company's digital infrastructure, providing technical support, and carrying out bike maintenance and repairs. The Full Stack Developer creates and manages the software platforms, while the Workshop Manager & Technical Support oversees the workshop operations and assists customers. The E-bike Mechanics handle the hands-on repair and maintenance tasks to keep the e-bikes in optimal condition.
