Esther Jade Wang has extensive work experience in various roles across different industries. Esther Jade is currently serving as a Relationship Director at Small Army, a FINN Partners Company since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Photographer at Esther J. Wang Photography, specializing in senior portraits, professional portraits, social networking events, commercial and marketing materials, and landscapes. Esther Jade also handled post-production work on all photographs.

Before their photography career, Esther worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at Arnold Worldwide from April 2021 to March 2022. Esther Jade also had a notable tenure at AMP Agency, where they served as a Senior Account Executive from March 2020 to April 2021 and as an Account Executive from September 2017 to February 2020. Esther Jade started their journey at AMP Agency as an Associate Account Executive from May 2016 to September 2017 and had an earlier role as an Account Management Intern from September 2015 to May 2016. Additionally, they held a Full-Time Intern position at AMP Agency as an Account Management Full-Time Intern from January 2015 to July 2015.
