Marielle Mason

Marielle Mason has a diverse work experience that includes roles in relationship management, teaching, childcare, and camp counseling. Currently, they are employed at Small Army, a FINN Partners Company, working as a Relationship and Social Media Manager. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Relationship Manager and a Relationship Management Intern at the same company.

In 2019, Marielle worked as a Waitress at Longfellow's Wayside Inn. Marielle was responsible for taking orders, serving customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Marielle has also gained teaching experience. As a Teaching Assistant at The College of Wooster, they helped professors in their classes, specifically in Introduction to German and Stereotypes and Prejudice. Marielle guided and directed students, motivated them to actively participate in the courses, and facilitated their understanding of challenging concepts.

Additionally, Marielle worked as a Nanny, caring for four children aged 4-7 for 40 hours a week. Marielle followed the parents' instructions regarding schedules, chores, discipline, and free time, and created a safe and loving environment for the children.

Marielle mentored a group of fifteen 11- and 12-year-old girls, teaching them social skills, effective communication, and feminism. Marielle also managed parental relationships and led instructional activities like swimming, archery, and high ropes courses.

Marielle Mason attended Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at The College of Wooster in 2017 and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2019, Marielle also had a short-term study abroad experience at IES Abroad, focusing on Psychology.
