Small Army
Xander Hayes has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing and production. Xander started their career at Hasbro in 2016 as a Video Editor, where they collaborated with the Project Manager and Content Producer to edit video content for the Furby World Connect Application. After that, in 2016, they joined WORLD Channel as a Camera Assistant/DIT. In 2014, they worked as a Video Coordinator at The Bridge Sound and Stage, where they handled various video coordination tasks. In 2016, Xander also served as an Assistant Editor at WGBH - Studio Six, where they transcoded and ingested footage, prepared sync maps and multigroups, and assisted in media management. Lastly, they joined Small Army in 2017 as a Video Editor, responsible for managing and executing all post-production activities for web, social media, and events. Xander also assisted with production and maintained the media backup system.
Xander Hayes attended Emerson College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Visual Media Arts with a focus on Post-Production.
