As the Founder and CEO of 37 Oaks, Smith has developed numerous courses and workshops aimed at enhancing the skills of local entrepreneurs. An author of "Prepare to Shift: The Workbook," Smith leverages nearly 20 years of corporate retail experience and over a decade of entrepreneurial coaching to guide others in business transformation. Previously, leadership roles included positions as Co-Founder and COO at SpaceHQ and various positions at major retailers, enhancing business optimization and innovation. Terrand Smith holds a BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Business Marketing from Providence College.
