Josh Hoffman

Josh Hoffman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic advising, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Strategic Advisor at Small Business Consulting Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this role, Josh served in the United States Air Force for over two decades, holding various leadership positions including Superintendent of the 2d BW Wing Staff Agencies and Superintendent & Founder of the 2 BW Barksdale Innovation Group. Josh has demonstrated expertise in project oversight, operational planning, and process improvement across multiple military sectors, managing large teams and ensuring personnel readiness. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, along with various certifications in project management and lean six sigma.
