Guglielmo Gori has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Guglielmo started their career as an intern at AIESEC Lagos, where they conducted a mapping study on organizations related to female abuse issues and developed a questionnaire to evaluate abuse matters among secondary school girls in Nigeria. In 2015, Guglielmo worked as a researcher at Experientia- Service design consultancy, focusing on researching potential social innovation global trends and conducting field research and interviews with social innovative ventures. In the same year, they joined SocialFare as an Investment Analyst, responsible for managing the acceleration program and analyzing business opportunities in impact startups. Guglielmo co-founded Small Giants in 2017, where they specialized in business development. Currently, they are employed at MONOGRID as part of their business development team, helping big brands solve their business needs through creative and technological solutions.
Guglielmo Gori obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2011. In 2009 and 2010, they also participated in an Erasmus student program at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, focusing on Management Engineering. From 2012 to 2015, Guglielmo pursued a Master's degree in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Torino. Additionally, in 2014 and 2015, they were a visitant student at the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut. Guglielmo has also obtained a certification in First Certificate from Cambridge English Language Assessment in October 2010.
