Chelsea Addy has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, human resources, public relations, and fashion. Chelsea started their career as a Fashion PR Intern at Krupp Group in 2012. Chelsea then interned at PR Consulting as an Accessories Intern in 2013, where they gained experience in tracking accessories and securing press. In 2014, they worked as a Fashion/Beauty Intern at marlo marketing/communications.

Addy then joined Bollare in 2014 as an Accessories Assistant, where they managed accounts, secured press, tracked samples, and developed relationships with publications.
