Rhidian Pentz has a diverse work experience in the field of video editing and production. Rhidian started their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research in 2010. In 2012, they participated in the Connecticut Film Industry Training Program as a Script Supervisor Trainee. Following that, they interned at Somerville Community Access Television (SCATV) as a Video Production Intern in 2013.

In 2014, Rhidian worked with Small Army as a Post Production Intern and later as a Video Editor. Rhidian also served as a Video Editor/Production Assistant at Skyscope during this time. In the same year, they joined Small Mammal Advertising as a Video Editor.

In addition to their formal education, Rhidian has obtained additional certifications, including MC 101: Editing Essentials in Avid Media Composer 6.5 and MC 110: Effects Essentials in Avid Media Composer 6.5 from Avid Technology. Rhidian has also received certification from the Connecticut Film & Digital Media Workforce through The Office of Film, Television & Digital Media (CT Film Office) of the CT Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD).
