Caitlin is currently working as a Customer Engagement Specialist at SmallBatch Pets since April 2022. Prior to this, Caitlin was a Social Media Manager at GirlMeetsMerle since February 2015. Caitlin has also held various positions in the pet industry, such as Retail Associate at The Nautical Dog, Manager at Whidbey Natural Pet, and Store Staff at Mud Bay. Caitlin has experience in horse care from their time as a Barn Worker at Hoge Pasture and as a rider and captain for the Virginia Tech Dressage Team. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Virginia Tech. Caitlin has a passion for animals and has been involved in the pet industry for several years.
