Frederick Briere has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Frederick started their career as a Contract System Analyst at CNH in 1990, where they assigned daily employee work orders and developed a location code system. Frederick then worked as a Contract Designer at ACRO AUTOMATION SYSTEMS, INC., where they designed tooling and machines and translated quotes and technical standards into French. In 1992, they became a Senior Application Engineer at Fluid Power Systems, where they managed and designed a new radio remote control program and provided support and training sessions for customers and sales staff. From 1997 to 2000, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at Stanley Bostitch, where they managed product lines, conducted market research, and created new products. Currently, they are working as the Director of Sales - International at Smalley, where they are responsible for meeting sales goals, managing multiple sales teams in international locations, and developing training programs for sales personnel and distribution partners.

Frederick Briere attended Université de Caen Normandie from 1986 to 1988, where they pursued a BTS CPI degree in the field of study Conception de Produits Industriels.
