Linda Schaller

Linda Schaller has over a decade of experience in product application and process development within the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Application Engineer at Smalley, Linda has a history of leadership roles, including Director of Global Process Development at Schwan-STABILO Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included guiding technical teams, leading product feasibility projects, and developing business cases. Linda's expertise also encompasses the optimization of manufacturing processes and training methods for operators, as well as technical support to subsidiaries. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Life Science Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg and a Master’s degree in Chemical and Material Engineering from Université Laval.
