Gregory has held positions such as Vice President of Supply Chain, Vice President Global Sourcing, Cost Management, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, and Director of Supply Chain in various companies including Smalls Sliders, Steak n Shake, SPB Hospitality, CraftWorks Holdings, Logan's Roadhouse, the Vine - Restaurant & Wine Bar, Landry's Restaurants, and Texas Roadhouse. Gregory'smost recent role was as Vice President of Supply Chain at Smalls Sliders starting in March 2023.
