Rachel Baxter

Rachel Baxter is an experienced Senior Merchandiser currently working at Smallworld Accessories Limited since September 2020. Prior to this role, Rachel held similar positions at White Stuff, Select Fashion, and Arcadia Group Ltd, where the focus was on ladies' footwear. Rachel began a merchandising career at Monsoon Accessorize, specializing in ladies' knitwear, and has foundational experience as an Assistant Merchandiser in menswear at Debenhams.
