Arnaud Lippert

Arnaud Lippert is an experienced Portfolio Manager in IT at Smals since October 2007, specializing in the healthcare sector and the management of medical accident funds for the client INAMI. Arnaud's roles have included Programme Manager overseeing the Tetrys program aimed at improving care for chronic patients and digital transitions in healthcare management. Previous positions include Project Manager for various healthcare projects, Section Leader managing a team of 15 in User & Access Management, and Service, Project and Client Manager for the BCSS. Arnaud has a strong analytical background, having worked as Lead Analyst and Functional Analyst on key applications and migrations.
