Ivo Clement

Ivo Clement has extensive experience in the field of user access management and contact center operations, currently serving as Teamleader of UserAccessManagement at Smals since June 2003. In this role, Ivo oversees various activities, including first-line support for the contact center, process management related to access permissions, certificate management, and administrative handling of access requests, while also acting as an intermediary between users and IT development. Prior to this, Ivo worked as a Senior Contact Center Employee at Smals, managing daily operations and business processes, as well as supporting end users and maintaining knowledge bases for various projects. Ivo began the career as a Contact Center Agent at Brucall in 2003 and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Ghent University, earned in 1998.
