Khurram Masood is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong focus on education technology and workforce innovation. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Smalt, Khurram aims to enhance talent supply and productivity in the blue-collar workforce for the clean energy transition in Europe. Additionally, Khurram is the Chairperson of the Advisory Board at CODE University of Applied Sciences. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at Sharpist, Khurram drove significant growth in annual recurring revenue. As Co-Founder and COO of The African Leadership University, Khurram led the organization to recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company, achieving over $10 million in annual recurring revenue.
