Ben Vermeulen

Ben Vermeulen has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. From 2017 to the present, they have been the Director of International Business Development at Smappee. Prior to this, they were the Sales Director for Smart Grids software in the Benelux and Southern Africa regions for Honeywell || Smart Energy (2016) and Elster EnergyICT (2001). Ben also held the role of Sales Director for Elster EnergyICT from 2001 to 2016. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Manager of the Sales Department at GTI Siersema Scheffers (Cofely). From 1996 to 1999, they were the Sales & Marketing Manager at GEA Group.

Ben Vermeulen received a Bachelor in Process Technology from Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1982 to 1987. Ben then studied Technical Computer Science at Open Universiteit from 2001 to 2005.
