Alexi Tsonopoulos

Alexi Tsonopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Starting in 1997, their career began with a role as a Consultant at Keane, Inc. They then moved on to work as an Architect at Vignette Corporation from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they founded their own company, Alexi IT Inc., where they served as the Owner until 2004. Following this, they joined Bank of America and held various positions, including SVP Corporate Audit and Enterprise Issue Management Technology Executive, SVP Head of Corporate Audit Technology, SVP Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) Program Exec, SVP Consumer and Small Business Card and Banking and GWIM Compliance Technology Exec, and SVP GWIM Compliance Senior Technology Manager; Merrill Transition Senior Program Manager. They worked at Bank of America from 2009 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they were employed at Digital Reasoning, where they held the roles of Principal Client Strategist, Director of Customer Success Management - Financial Services, and Senior Director of Customer Success Management. Since 2020, they have been working as the Senior Director of Customer Success - Strategic Accounts at Smarsh.

From 1993 to 1997, Alexi Tsonopoulos attended the University of Virginia, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce.
