Amy Dotson

Amy Dotson has a strong background in knowledge management and digital services. Amy currently holds the position of Director, Digital Support at Smarsh. Prior to this role, Amy worked at Sage, where they held several positions including Director of Digital Services and Director of Knowledge Management. At Sage, they were responsible for developing strategies and leading teams focused on knowledge management and digital services. Amy also has experience in program management and knowledge management roles at Yahoo!, Quest Software, Help Desk Institute, StorageTek, and Qwest Communications.

Amy Dotson attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1998 to 2000. Amy did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In 2017, they received a certification in KCS v6 Practices from The KCS Academy, the authorized certifying body for KCS.
