Crystal North

Crystal North currently serves as the Head of Enablement at Smarsh, with a progressive career in sales enablement and customer experience roles. Prior to Smarsh, Crystal was the Director of Sales Enablement at Applause and held various strategic positions at organizations including SmartBear, Micro Focus, and IBM. Crystal also worked with the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day organization, where responsibilities included the role of Ambassador for the New Hampshire/New England region and Director of Education Programming/Partnerships globally. Crystal's foundational experience includes service in the United States Air Force and a management role at Apple Retail. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Granite State College, along with additional qualifications from the Airman Leadership School and the Community College of the Air Force.
