Dana W. is a seasoned technical support leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technical Support at Smarsh since August 2017, Dana leads a team of twenty-five to deliver exceptional support for the company’s Professional Archive and Web Archive compliance platforms. Prior to this role, Dana held various positions at Mentor Graphics from 1998 to 2006, including Global Support Manager, where a close relationship was maintained with top telecommunications customers to enhance satisfaction and software deployment globally. Earlier career experience includes customer service roles at U.S. Bank and operations management positions at Baxter Healthcare, where a strong foundation in customer service and team management was established. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
