Jamie Nielsen

Jamie Nielsen, M.Ed, is a seasoned professional in training and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Field Enablement at Smarsh since March 2022, Jamie leads go-to-market teams in delivering essential content and resources to meet performance goals while also developing training programs across departments. Previously, Jamie held roles including Field Enablement Manager at Smarsh, Training Specialist at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Learning and Development Specialist at Paylocity and Scentsy, Inc., and German Teacher for Boise School District. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from the University of Oregon.
