John Fox

John Fox has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. John currently holds the position of Director of Business Critical Support at Smarsh since April 2021. Previously, they served as the Senior Manager of Worldwide Business Critical Support at Smarsh from June 2012 to April 2021. Prior to joining Smarsh, John worked at Compuware Corporation as a Technical Support Team Leader and Senior Technical Support Engineer.
