Mark Jones

Mark Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark began their career as an Audit Assistant Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1989. Following this, they worked as a Financial Accountant at United Utilities from 1993 to 1998. Mark then joined NOR.WEB Digital Powerline Ltd as a Financial Controller for a brief period before moving on to Nortel. At Nortel, they held various finance roles, including Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, EMEA Director of Contract Accounting, and Senior Finance Manager. In 2012, Mark joined Rocket Software as the UK Financial Controller and later took on roles such as EMEA Financial Controller, International Finance Director EMEA APAC, and Senior Director of Finance - EMEA, APAC, Shared Services. Currently, Mark works as the Finance Director for the EMEA region at Smarsh starting in 2022.

Mark Jones earned a BSC degree in Joint Honours, specializing in Maths and Accountancy & Finance, from Lancaster University from 1986 to 1989.
