Zach Link has significant experience in various roles within the tech and customer service industries, currently serving as a Product Owner at Smarsh since December 2016, following positions as a Senior Technical Instructor, Technical Instructor, and Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior to Smarsh, Zach held the role of Customer Relations Representative at Simple Finance from May 2014 to July 2016, and was employed as a Document Scanning Technician at Aerotek from September 2013 to April 2014. Academic experience includes serving as an Art Professor’s Assistant and a Professor's Assistant at Elizabethtown College, where Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Japanese Language from 2009 to 2013. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of Suh-Weet Comics Magazine from September 2010 to May 2011. Zach completed secondary education at Oley Valley High School from 2005 to 2009.
