Sanro’s time is also spent on M&A and investment due diligence, ownership assessments and IP audits, including the identification and characterization of know-how and trade secrets.

He is also involved in assessing compliance with Quebec’s recently launched “IP Box”, as well as developing strategies for optimizing the available tax deduction from eligible IP assets, including patents and software.
