Juan Cardenas

Juan Cardenas is a Tax Associate at Smart Business Concepts. Juan previously worked as a WW M&O BI Program Manager at Microsoft from December 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they established monthly stakeholder meetings to vet and groom requirements from Corp and Field to land in the MSX Insights roadmap. Juan also partnered with CSEO and FD&E engineering teams to deliver the reporting for all MSX Insights Seller and Manager roles.

Prior to their role at Microsoft, Juan worked as a Business Insights Community Manager. In this role, they established and ran the A14 BI Roundtable to bring transparency and predictability to the field of our delivery. Juan also formalized feedback loop from Corp to Field and Field to Corp from User Voice to MSX Insights Roadmap.

Juan Cardenas has an MBA in Business from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida. Juan is also certified as a change manager from Prosci.
