S. M. Iqbal Morshed

S. M. Iqbal Morshed has a diverse work experience in both the software engineering and academic fields. In 2016, they worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Manarat International University for a brief period. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida, where they developed and implemented algorithms for genome assembly and performed statistical analysis on sequence data.

Since 2020, Iqbal Morshed has been working as a Software Engineer at Smart Charging Technologies. In this role, they have contributed to multiple mobile and web projects related to IoT device management. S. M. Iqbal has been involved in the entire app development lifecycle, from coding to app release. S. M. Iqbal has also collaborated with the firmware team to develop communication protocol testing tools and has designed and implemented critical components of the mobile apps and the web server supporting IoT device management.

S. M. Iqbal Morshed's education history begins in 2004 when they completed their Secondary School Certificate (H.S.C.) in Science at Ispahani Public School and College. S. M. Iqbal then attended Govt. Hazi Mohammad Mohsin College Chittagong from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) in Science. From 2009 to 2013, Morshed pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Dhaka. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Dhaka again from 2014 to 2015, this time earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Finally, Morshed attended the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2019, where they completed their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science.
