Ryan Coe

Ryan Coe has worked in the IT field since 2011. Ryan began their career as an Internet Support Technician at Internet Services Provider Network. In 2013, they moved to Sunrise Communications where they worked as a Network Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure, telecom systems, and servers. Ryan was also responsible for consolidating and reducing telecom costs, as well as establishing and implementing policies for PCI compliance. In 2019, Coe joined Smart Choice Communications as a Level III Network Engineer, where they were responsible for empowering teams with all-in-one solutions and 24/7 support.

Ryan Coe obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Based Information Systems and Information Systems Management from Park University, graduating in 2014. Ryan then obtained three certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in June 2021, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert in March 2022, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate in January 2022.
