John joined Smart Choice® in August of 2022 as a member of the Smart Start Personal Lines team. John is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing projects to increase productivity for Smart Choice and its valued partners. John brings with him 5 years of operational business management and 10 years of customer service experience.
