Libby Smith

Libby Smith, CISR, AAI, is Senior Agent Experience Representative with Smart Start Personal Lines. In her role, she supervises and assists the Smart Choice sales team with carrier partner relations. She previously worked for BB&T Insurance, where she supervised personal lines agents for 13 years. A 31-year veteran of the insurance industry, Libby has worked in a variety of other capacities, including several years at Smart Choice when it was first launched in 1994.
