Matt Cothran

Matt Cothran joined the Smart Start Commercial Lines team as a Trucking Specialist in January 2023. Prior to moving to SSCL, Matt was with the Inside Sales department, recording, pre-qualifying and distributing all inbound leads, from acquisition to conversion. He joined the company in July 2007 as a marketing communications specialist, where he assisted in market research and agent communications. From 2009 to 2012, he served as a territory manager in North Carolina, where he assisted agents with carrier training and appointment processes, as well as sales solutions.
