Russell Chance

Russell Chance is the current President at Smart City Apartment Locating. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Finance at 4over, Inc. from November 2018 to May 2020. Russell was also the Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis at Atrium from April 2012 to March 2017.

Russell has extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Russell has led multiple successful initiatives to improve cash flow and profitability for their previous companies. Russell is known for their excellent data analysis skills and their ability to effectively communicate with executive teams and board of directors.

Russell Chance graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and Economics. Russell then went on to earn their certification from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
