La Toya Hodge serves as the Director of Marketing at Smart City Telecom since January 2024, focusing on growth, demand generation, brand positioning, sales enablement, and marketing communications. As a Charter Member of CMO Huddles since May 2022, La Toya connects with B2B CMOs and marketing leaders to foster collaborative success. Previously, La Toya held the position of Global Head of Marketing at Cappfinity from January 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing global marketing strategies and managing brand presence. Prior experience also includes leadership roles in marketing and communications at the Florida Consortium of Metropolitan Research Universities, Polycom, and Agfa Corporation. La Toya Hodge holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a BA from Georgia State University.
