Shaun Rivas

Shaun Rivas has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Smart City Telecom since February 2014, with a history of roles including Sales Engineer and Network Operations Center Supervisor. Prior to this, Shaun held the position of Business Service Delivery Project Manager at GWI from March 2011 to August 2013, and worked as a Hosted Telephony Account Specialist at OTT Communications for a brief period in 2010. Shaun's career began as a Weatherization Technician at Polk County Public Works and as Owner/Technician at Rivas Communications between 2005 and 2010. Shaun holds a Journeyman degree in Telecommunications from IBEW (1998-2001) and an Associate of General Studies from Des Moines Area Community College.
