John Smith is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales operations and executive management across the grocery and energy sectors. As General Manager of Sales Operations at St Baker Energy Innovation Fund, John established a new facility in Sydney and managed national sales initiatives as part of a $500 million fund, overseeing the promotion of innovative products. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Interstate & Country Distribution Wholesale, John led a multi-site FMCG distributor, enhancing community employment and health outcomes through collaborations with government and non-profit stakeholders. John also served as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Island & Cape, where significant contributions were made to transition the business from distribution to include retail operations.
